Reconnecting to our Creativity

Coming into existence is the greatest creative act we ever  complete. From the moment we begin to exist, each one of us is full of  love, and a 'yes' to life. But... if we come into contact with a 'no'  from our mother in those early days, hours - or minutes - of our  existence, then our own natural innate 'yes' must be split off, and we  must align with our mother's 'no' in order to survive.

However,  our own 'yes' is still there... all the time we are alive it is within  us, even if it is quiet, hidden or invisible. Often, when our creativity  is blocked or stifled, it means that our mother's 'no' still has an  influence on our psyche.

This workshop is an opportunity  to reconnect with the natural life-force and joy that was - and is -  always present within us, and once again say…
